While studying at the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź I experienced a creative period filled with original and fascinating projects. One of them was typography booklet project.
The task was to analyze the content, make a semantic and typographical interpretation of the poem "Locomotive" by Julian Tuwim. The work contains three main narrative themes: 1 The locomotive at the station. Passive, descriptive, static description. 2 Wagons, inventory, humor, wordplay. 3 Wheels in motion. Dynamics, onomatopoeia, movement, sound. Each part could be attributed to a particular style of the avant-garde of the XX century (asymmetrical constructivism, neoplasticism, bauhaus, dadaism, futurism and neofuturism).

Summary
Step by step The graphic design project focused on designing and creating a booklet that encompassed various dimensions. I began with an in-depth analysis of the text to understand its essence and message, which laid the foundation for the creative process. Subsequently, during the conceptual phase, I explored innovative ideas and visual elements that would harmonize with the text's themes.
As the project progressed, I paid special attention to the layout, typography and contrast between black and white to ensure a seamless reading experience and engaging visual presentation.
My goal was to strike a balance between aesthetic appeal and readability, aiming for effective content communication.
During the execution phase, I utilized advanced graphic design tools and techniques to materialize my vision. I carefully crafted visual elements and experimented with various printing techniques to achieve captivating visual impressions and captivate the audience with the final product.
Results The project was presented as part of my diploma. In this task I was able to showcase creativity, technical skills and as a result, the booklet fully conveyed its intentions and resonated with the audience.
