What I do at Statistics Poland?

I currently work at Statistics Poland (GUS), where I design and develop visual identities, communication systems and digital experiences, translating concepts and communication goals into clear and consistent visual solutions.

My role combines hands-on design with art direction — from developing visual concepts, logos, typography, layouts and key visuals to designing digital products, websites, advertising materials, publications, presentations and data visualisations.

Beyond the design itself, I define visual directions, establish design standards, coordinate implementation and oversee the consistent application of visual solutions across teams and communication channels, with a strong focus on usability and accessibility.

Visual Identity & Art Direction

Developing and evolving visual identities, including logo systems, visual languages and key visuals, defining visual directions and overseeing their implementation.

Publications

Designing and developing digital and print publications, working across structure, layout, typography, data visualisation and the way statistical information is presented.

Web & digital products

I designed the new Statistics Poland (GUS) website, defining its visual direction and developing the components and graphic solutions used to present content and digital products.

My work also includes designing and developing dashboards and applications, with a focus on UX/UI, clear information structures and accessible digital content.

Presentations & Visual Communication

Designing presentations and communication materials for different audiences and contexts.

Accessibility & WCAG

Integrating accessibility into the design process, reviewing solutions against WCAG requirements and developing guidelines and practical resources to support accessible design and publishing.

The projects presented here are officially published materials created as part of collaborative projects at Statistics Poland (GUS). My contribution varies depending on the project and includes art direction, visual design, information design, UX/UI, developing design solutions and overseeing their implementation.
